Who am I and why did I create this Blog?
My name is Karan Kataria. I am a master's student studying sports and exercise psychology, and NASM certified personal trainer. I have a passion for teaching, and the content I make revolves around helping you use the mind and body to reach your full potential and become a High-Performer.
To Train The Mind: I will provide you with applicable tips on how to build mental skills ranging from breath work, mindfulness, and self-talk, all the way to creating your identity, and goal setting.
To Train The Body: I will also help you create workout plans, and provide you with evidence-based advice on different training methods. Topics include strength and endurance training, mobility, and flexibility training.
To Help You Become a High-Performer: I package information about the mind and body together into easy-to-digest blogs that you can read with your morning cup of coffee every Monday at 8:30 EST.
